Question, are you frustrated because you’re stuck in a plateau? Have you tried everything you can think of but still can’t seem to lose another single pound? Now for those of you who are not quite sure what a plateau is; simply put, it’s when you’ve gotten to a point where your weight isn’t decreasing anymore. It’s not increasing but you can’t seem to lose anymore weight either. When this happens, you may be stuck in a plateau. Now there are several reasons you may be stuck in a plateau. But don’t worry it happens to the best of them.
Let’s go over our check list to determine why you may be stuck in a plateau. 1. Have you been eating properly?(Ex: proper portion sizes, correct percentages of protein, carbohydrates and fats.) 2. Have you been changing your exercise routines every three to 4 weeks? 3. Have you been taking a week off in between routines to give you muscles a chance to rest? The rest is also to shock the muscles when you start the new routine. 4. Have you been changing your menu every 3 weeks? Remember you body will also adapt to the food your eating as well as the exercise routines. As I told you our bodies are very intelligent. 5. Have you been taking you supplements? (Ex: Fat burning diet pills, meal replacements, multivitamins. Etc.) 6. Do you have support and/or guidance? (Ex: A workout buddy or Personal Trainer.) You chances to succeed is 50% greater if you have support or guidance.
Now if you are doing all of the above and you are still stuck in a plateau it be a simple solution to solve this problem; which is just going back to the basics. Just go back to the very beginning and repeat the steps that put your weight loss into overdrive and go from there. Remember it’s been so long since you’ve done it your body will have forgotten by now and will be in shock if you start it again. This should cause you to lose weight. Good Luck! SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO HAVE FUN WORKING OUT?

Searching for ways to have fun working out? Tired of the same ole workout day in and day out? Sit ups, crunches, push ups, running or walking on the treadmill. Effective yes, but sometimes it can get old. And we know what happens when something gets old to us. We stop doing it.
Well, there are many ways to have fun working out. As I suggested in yesterday’s blog, playing tag or some kind of low impact sport with your kids, family or friends. In just 30 minutes you can burn 300 to 500 calories depending on how hard you play. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even feel like you’re working out. Besides any kind of physical activity is a workout. Go bike riding with a friend. Make a game out of it. Race each other to certain locations or landmarks in the neighborhood. My friend and I love it. It’s a total body workout.
Now as I’ve shared with you before. I do freelance personal training in my home, instead of using the typical workout moves we do a lot of dancing, twisting and shaking. Now don’t get me wrong, although we have fun working out, I do work the abs, chest, gluts, legs, arms and back. But we have fun doing it. Plus, we burn a lot of calories from all the moving around. So try it! Spice up you workout! Now twist it! Shake it! Shake it! Shake it! Shake it Baby! LOL! Go ahead, have fun working out!

STAYING ACTIVE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Are you staying active during this holiday season? Or have you just given up and decided to get back on track after the New Year like so many others vow? I absolutely can not stand New Year’s resolutions. They are just promises made in the heat of the moment, during the excitement of beginning a new year. That’s why they are quicky dismissed in a few short months and for some, a few short weeks.
Now if you are serious about your weight loss or fitness goal and you’re really staying active, then you don’t need the Fluff of the ball dropping or the excitement of the count down to get back on track or to stay on track. You can continue staying active. Yes, you can. Even on Christmas Day.
While dinner is in its final stages of being completed, you can take a walk with family member or a friend. I mean you probably haven’t seen most of them for a while anyway, here’s a perfect way to catch up. Maybe play a game of touch football, that way the women and girls can play, or basketball, perhaps play something as simple as catch or playing tag with the kids. They would love it. These are all fun ways of staying active during the holiday season. Try it. Don’t wait until the ball drops. Besides, if you’ve aborted your goal, then the ball has already been dropped. Right? Enjoy you families this holiday season!

BOOST THE BURN IN YOUR FAT BURNING DIET PILL

Also I would say if you’re not working out before bedtime, you may want to consider starting. Just do about an half hour and take one of your fat burning diet pills an half hour before starting. Working out before going to bed helps too. It keeps you metabolism boosted a little longer. As you’re probably aware, your metabolism slows down while you sleep. So these are some tips to help boost the burn in your fat burning diet pill.

ARE YOU A MONDAY MORNING DIETER?

When it comes to getting started on an exercise routine, changing your eating habits to healthy ones, or even just starting something I’m totally against, a diet, do you always plan to start on Monday? I know we talked a little bit about it in an earlier blog. However, I would like to talk about Monday Morning Dieter’s some more.
Hear this and hear this good Monday Morning Dieters!!! It’s Monday!! So come on let’s get started. Not tomorrow or the next day and please, please don’t wait until the next Monday. You know since you’ve decided this weekend to start this Monday you’ve already consumed ridiculous amounts of simple carbohydrates, such as cookies, cakes, pies, Ice cream and probably candy too. You probably went so far as to also consume crazy amounts of saturated fats, like burgers, fries and pizza. Let’s be honest. You know you did. Right? LOL. No, but seriously. For some reason most Monday Morning Dieter’s never get started they just keep pushing the date back. That’s not good. The longer you wait the harder it becomes to start and the more discouraged you become in the meantime either because of weight gain or lack of weight loss.
Now let me ask you a question, because I know some of you have still have some leftovers from your weekend binge. Are you serious about reaching your goal? Or are you allowing you appetite for junk food rule you? It’s time you take control of your appetite. Did you know that it is medically and scientifically proven that true hunger comes from the stomach, and not your brain? Some of us think we’re hungry when we get what we call “A taste for something.” But when we are truly hungry your stomach will growl or cramp. Otherwise, it’s not hunger. It’s an emotion. So Monday Morning Dieter’s get control of your appetite and get on track today. This Monday. Don’t think about it, Be about it. Ready, set, Go!!!

ARE YOU DISCOURAGED TO EXERCISE DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

Are you one of those people who get discouraged to exercise whenever the holiday season begins? Don’t feel alone it can happen to anybody. As a matter of fact it happens to 78% of fellow exerciser’s every year. As you know I like to discuss effective and also non-effective diet pill supplements, so today our featured diet pill supplement is the Carb Blocker. Effective or non-effective? Well let’s talk about it.

TIPS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT EASILY

With this holiday season in full bloom and still having a month and a half to go, some of you are probably hoping for some tips on how to lose weight easily. Am I right? Well I have four words for you. “Increase protein, lower carbs.”
Now keep in mind I’m not suggesting that you omit carbs completely from your diet. No, remember we need carbs for energy. I am however suggesting that you lower you carb intake. Do you recall when I said you would definitely lose weight swiftly if you removed carbs from your diet? Well, you will lose weight easily just as fast by just deceasing your amount of carbs on a daily basis. The only difference is that you will not regain the weight because your body is still getting the carbs just not as much. Therefore you body will not reverse the results as it would if you were to omitted carbs altogether.
Also you will need to increase your protein intake. Protein builds muscle and muscle increases the fat burning process. You will easily lose weight the more muscle you put on. So for example, usually your daily menu percentages should look like this. 60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat. I suggest you switch the percentages of carbs and protein around and you will discover for yourself how fast and how easily you will lose weight. I know Christmas dinner is approaching and I am not in anyway asking you not to partake and enjoy. One day should not hurt. However, up until then switch it around and lose the pounds.

We discussed that exercise goes hand and hand with taking diet pills, however proper eating also pays a key role when taking diet pill supplements. I can’t begin to tell you how so many people think that diet pill supplements works miracles.
As I’ve stated in previous blogs, you have to use the components of fitness to effectively lose weight and to keep it off. Diet pill supplements alone are not going to do it. Yes, in the beginning they will help you lose a little weight but after a while the weight loss slowly comes to a stand still.
Five or six is the fix. Five or six small well balanced , properly portioned meals a day along with your diet pill supplements will kick your metabolism in to gear and if consistent will produce results. Then when exercise is added you can’t lose. Well expect unwanted pounds of course.

The Key to weight loss solutions is exercise. When you think about it; it’s really silly to think of lasting results without combining the two. I mean just ask Oprah. She admits, she has not been keeping up with her exercise regiment and now she has put some of her weight back on.
Remember what I’ve said before. Exercise is not just to get the weight off, it’s also imperative to either continue weight loss solutions or to maintain your results. They truly go hand in hand.
So, If your looking for effective weight loss solutions, along with your diet pills, include exercise. Go to the gym for some aerobics, spinning classes. By the way, those spinning classes are intense! I love it! Run or walk on the treadmill, maybe the stationary bike is your thing. Whatever floats your boat. LOL. Just do it. Look, now I sound like a Nike commercial. LOL. Also remember to switch it up every 3 weeks so you’ll continue losing weight. So that my tip on lasting, effective, weight loss solutions.
